  i have been with this company for many years , just short of a decade. i've always paid insane insurance rates with them but at least the customer service was good. In the past two years iv'e noticed that my file has been moved from person to person... nobody emails me and says hey i'm your new broker ..... nothing... i don't find out until i call to ask a question. In the past few month i had moved and purchased a new car, and had called in for various reasons. I was put through to a broker named Mary C Veevers.... she quoted me double what i was already paying with my old suv, so i said ok well that sounds really high... and i was gonna shop around. Mary proceeded to try and scare me into going with the crazy rate she was offering and only when i was about to get off the phone did she make an effort to shop around at their other insurance companies they are affiliated with ... only to find one quote for MAGICALLY less then what we started with. obviously i was upset , i felt like she tried to rip me off. but what got me heated the most was how she spoke to me. She spoke to me like i was an idiot, was very rude and had an attitude the entire conversation. Her customer service skills are seriously lacking and in my opinion should not be dealing with other PEOPLE in general . Needless to say i am no longer with mary!
  Moral of the story....... if you get mary ...ask for someone else! save your money and your time and give yourself some peace of mind.
