  Terrible. could barely understand the lady assigned to us and we couldn't switch. Fees were ridiculous. pay the 15 bucks for the software and do it yourself.

  My assigned tax professional took her break during my scheduled appointment time. I waited for her a little over 15 minutes and left. So this rating is based on the service I did not receive. She was nice enough to call later and apologize, and offer another appointment. If it was offered complimentary, I *might* have taken up the offer. Tax software is so good nowadays, and that's just what they're using anyway, so just do it yourself!
